Job Description:

A company is looking for a protocol researcher to participate in blockchain research and development.

Key Responsibilities

Research L2 designs, including prover coordination and sequencer design
Analyze consensus algorithms and their trade-offs
Identify mechanism design problems and propose solutions

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of distributed protocol design
Familiarity with Ethereum and various L2 designs
Ability to identify trade-offs in blockchain protocols
Experience in writing academic papers or blog posts on relevant topics
Knowledge of cryptography or game theory is a plus
