Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Specialist to support sales enablement and customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Consult and recommend loan strategies to maximize device usage and ROI
Analyze device usage history to approve requests for loan programs
Foster customer relationships and gather feedback to improve the customer experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
3 to 5 years of experience in a related position
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
