Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a -Fulltime Clinical Nutrition Manager 1 for -Covenant Living of Colorado -in -Westminster, CO. - -This -beautiful Continuing Care Retirement Community that sits -on 27 scenic acres surrounded by natural beauty, with the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop. - This community is close to great shopping, fine art, live music, theater, bistros, and boutiques.Start with 3 weeks' vacation and 3 personal days!Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal!Money toward continuing education events!Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually! - -Learn more about - What You'll Do: provide nutritional care to the long-term care residents and sub-acute rehab patients;provide nutritional care to residents of Assisted Living upon consult or request;meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences;represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff; and/orsupport the food service operation as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement:Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) -For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) - -Credentials Requirement:Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. - In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire -Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + Meets eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian
