A company is looking for a Product Design Manager to oversee the design of their web, desktop, and mobile applications.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and nurture a distributed team of designers, setting goals and providing feedback
Drive user research efforts and integrate findings into design decisions
Define and communicate a compelling design vision aligned with product strategy


Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 4 years in management
Experience in user research, interaction design, and visual design
Proven track record of collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
Experience in building and maintaining design systems
Able to work roughly US east coast time zone hours
