Job Description:
The Director, Project Management (Pharmacy Automation) is
responsible for the financial performance and execution of all
assigned projects within their assigned territory and/or portfolio.
The individual is responsible for establishing departmental KPI’s
to track cost levers associated with profitable and successful
installations inclusive of: subcontracted installation quotes,
materials management, change order management, cost of quality and
associated programs, and absorbable project costs. The individual
is also responsible to lead, train, and mentor a dynamic team of
multiple disciplines including Project Managers, Implementation
Consultants and Site Installation Managers.
This is a very visible leadership role to our customers and must
demonstrate exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
As the operational leader of the North American Pharmacy Automation
implementation team, this position is based in our Westminster,
Colorado Headquarters office.
