Our client is a thriving, established physician group that is seeking a proven Multi-Site Clinic Manager! You will coach your staff to handle different situations with patients, and have the organizational skills to hold the team accountable and follow metrics, monitor overtime, and visit all of your clinics consistently. Other duties include payroll, hiring, maintaining the clinic staffing schedule, team building, understanding the flow of the clinics well, day to day operations, bringing ideas to the table, dealing with uncomfortable situations with staff and patients, organizing team huddles, and corrective action. • Health benefits Desired Skills, Qualities and Experiences:
  • 5+ years of clinic management experience overseeing multiple locations.
  • Experience with payroll, hiring, team building, understanding the flow of the clinics well, day to day operations, bringing ideas to the table, dealing with uncomfortable situations, organizes team huddles, and does corrective action.
  • Comfortable organizing meetings with groups, placing FTEs on performance improvement plans, and knows how to approach difficult employees.
  • Strong understanding of the receptionist, MA and Office Nurses' roles so they can coach them.
  • Has a high EQ. Experience working with different doctor personalities, and responds quickly to concerns.
  • Organizational skills to hold the team accountable and follow the metrics.
  • Self starter, very independent and doesn't need to be micro-managed, innovative thinker, energetic and excited to visit all of their clinics, and knows how to communicate professionally.
  • Has a positive attitude and is energetic.
  • Clinical background is a plus.
